A little help from their Friends

A little snow doesn't scare Emily Spellman and Tiffanie Braun into skipping a day at the Moscow Dog Park.

On a recent chilly Moscow afternoon, Spellman and Braun talked and laughed as their dogs romped through the melting snow, tugged on toys and jumped in mud puddles.

"This is kind of our social place," Braun said. "This is where we hang out on almost our daily basis, so we care about our dogs and where they go and play."
